Meet Bill
Bill Merrifield is a speaker and strategy consultant who spent 17 years working cross-culturally in Beirut, Lebanon. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Reclaim, guiding organizational strategy, marketing and communications, and mission alignment across U.S. and international programs, and is guest faculty in Wheaton College's MA in TESOL & Intercultural Studies program.
An innovative, strategic, and resourceful leader, Bill brings a deep commitment to equity, integrity, and empowerment to everything he does. His experience spans business, education, and non-profit leadership. He's especially passionate about the intersection of faith & disability.
He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, an MA in Middle Eastern Studies, an MA in Religion, and a BA in Theological Studies.
